Returns and Exchanges

Sale items and special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition.  Items engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Our Return Process and Requirements

To return an item to Jill Reno for a refund or exchange, you must first notify Jill Reno Collection by calling our customer service telephone number at 281.679.7399 . 

Merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured to Jill Reno. Failure to follow these instructions will result in your items returns not being processed.
